Hal Floyd is a native of  Cedartown ,Georgia, population of about 15,000 at the time of his graduation from Cedartown High. His dream from the start was to work and study under notable names in the hair, fashion and modeling world to gain the experience needed to engage in his passions. With Hal's determination and spirited self-motivated character, he landed internships, studied under some of the most highly acclaimed professionals and some of the most renowned salons within the hair and beauty industry to date! Hal has obtained notable recognition for his studies as well as receiving highly prestigious formal education such as professional skin care courses in Secaucus, NJ through the Lydia Sarfati Post Graduate Repechage Skincare Academy.  After completing his education and apprenticeships, Hal immediately focused on working with modeling agencies and productions, as well as working on photo shoots and spotlight productions throughout Atlanta and New York.  He and his talents have been showcased in several of the industry trade journals and the Style Network TV series, "Ambush Makeover".  After working many years in Atlanta riding the wave of his hard work and success, Hal decided to return home to his roots, to the community of Cedartown to take his career one step further.  "I wanted to bring something back home, something this area could be proud of, something that my clientele could be proud of and I could be proud to provide," says Hal. He is said to be one of the most unique up and coming talents in the field of hair and beauty, and according to many , one of the most talented in his field in not just Georgia, but in the Southeastern United States.  Hal's most recent achievement came by attending J Beverly Hills advanced education course in Los Angeles in the fall of 2009, where he received certification in advanced dry cutting techniques.  

Hal continues today as a proud business owner located in a beautiful late 1800s downtown structure that has seen the walks of famous actor Sterling Holloway, also a Cedartown native.  Hal Floyd brings a dynamic to the world of Beauty & Fashion that fosters the very essence of the imagination straight from the towers of Emerald City right into the heart of Cedartown, Georgia.  Not only does Hal bring us a great story, but an inspiration to those who aspire to follow their own dreams!
